THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.NAVEEN RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T APPEAL No.650 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (per PNR,J) This writ appeal is filed challenging the order dated 25.04.2017 passed by a learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.15137 of 2017, directing respondents 1 and 2 therein to consider the representations dated 08.03.2017 and 09.03.2017 submitted by the petitioner therein and to pass appropriate orders within a period of five (5) weeks from the date of the order. The writ petition was directed to be listed after Summer Vacation, 2017.

When the matter is taken up, Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/third respondent in the writ petition, and Sri L. Ravi Chander, learned senior counsel appearing for the first respondent/petitioner in the writ petition, agreed for passing the following order:

Respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to give effect to the orders passed in terms of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.15137 of 2017 in the event of such decision going against the appellant for a period of twelve (12) weeks.

Office is directed to list the writ petition for 'Admission' on 12.06.2017. In the meantime, it is open to the appellant/third respondent in the writ petition to move the vacate stay petition and file counteraffidavit, if any.

The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
