HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that representation was made on 22.02.2016 to Tahsildar, Bhimavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, praying to mutate the name of petitioner in revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.4.00 cents in Sy.No.498 and Ac.1.90 cents in Sy.No.490/1 of Kolamuru Grampanchayat, Undi Mandal, West Godavari district, but the same was not acted upon, causing lot of hardship and suffering. 2.

When the matter is called, learned Government Pleader produced order of Tahsildar, dated 25.03.2016. By this order, request of petitioner was rejected. Thus, the relief as sought in the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, it is dismissed. However, it is open to petitioner to work out his remedy as available in law if aggrieved by the order of Tahsildar dated 25.03.2016.
