The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). ORDER:

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in para-8 of the order dt.13.06.2019 in Crl.P.No.2964 ot 2019 to the extent of directing the petitioners A.1 and A.2 to attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Wednesday and Saturday between 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. till completion of investigation, is hereby relaxed and modified by directing the petitioners A.1 and A.2 to attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Second Saturday and Fourth Saturday in a month between 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. till completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
