The learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter dated 16.03.2016 in the Registry stating that he intends to withdraw the appeal, as per the instructions of his client. Hence, this appeal is listed today under the caption "For Withdrawal".

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant is present and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the letter dated 16.03.2016 and recording the submission of the learned counsel, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
