Gundapaneni Nanda Kishore v. Yellanki Sridhar
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No. 273 of 2015 JUDGMENT:
When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent made a joint representation that the matter is settled out of Court between the parties and that the terms of compromise are stated in the memorandum of compromise, which is reduced into writing, and that the same is signed by both parties and their respective counsel and that though I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed for permission to record the compromise and dispose of the appeal suit in terms of compromise, the parties, however, agreed that the appeal may be disposed of as withdrawn in view of the settlement outside the Court and that in that view of the matter and as the terms of compromise are mentioned in the memorandum of compromise, the compromise need not be recorded.
Having regard to the submissions, the appeal suit is disposed of as withdrawn since settled outside the Court.
All the interlocutory applications including I.A.No.1 of 2018 shall stand closed as a sequel to this judgment.
