HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41032 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: " .... to issue a writ, order or direction more fully one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 22-11-2010 afresh without reference to the Memo.No.65258/Assn.V(1)/2008-3 dated 30.08.2011 of the 1st respondent herein for alienation of land of an extent of Ac.16-10 Guntas in Sy.No.224 situated in Manchirevula village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by declaring the said proceedings as illegal, improper, arbitrary besides opposed to the Principles of natural justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

As seen from the material on record, earlier the petitioner filed W.P.No.18015 of 2008 and W.P.No.125 of 2011, which were disposed of by this Court vide common order dated 25.11.2015, holding as under:

" Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, both the writ petitions are disposed of directing the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District and the Government to take appropriate decision pursuant to the representation made on 22.11.2010 to the District Collector, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of

a copy of this Order in accordance with law having regard to the order of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and Special C.S., A.P., Hyderabad, dated 16.07.2010."

It is the case of the petitioner that pursuant to the above said order his representation dated 22.11.2010 was not considered on merits and no reasons were given while rejecting the request of the petitioner on 01.10.2016. Without questioning the order dated 01.10.2016, the petitioner now requests re-consideration of his representation dated 22.11.2010 and also for a liberty to file a fresh representation.

Insofar as the first request made by the petitioner concerned, it is to be noted that already an order was passed on the representation made by the petitioner on 22.11.2010. Hence, the question of re-considering the same would not arise. Insofar as the second request is concerned, petitioner is always at liberty to make applications seeking redressal of his grievance before appropriate authority in the event of which, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, at the earliest. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
