UMA DEVI Writ Appeal No. 485 of 2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri S. Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the appellants, and Sri P. Veerraju, learned counsel for the 1st respondent-writ petitioner, would agree that, in view of the subsequent interim order passed in I.A. No. 1 of 2018 in W.P. No.4206 of 2018 dated 17.4.2018, the cause in the present writ appeal, preferred against the earlier order passed in W.P. No. 4206 of 2018 dated 9.2.2018, does not survive.

Sri S. Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the appellants, would, however, request this Court to grant the appellants liberty to question the subsequent order passed in I.A. No. 1 of 2018 in W.P. No. 4206 of 2018 dated 17.4.2018, in appropriate legal proceedings.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
