Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court on 30.08.2016, the power supply has been restored to the petitioner.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved pursuant to the interim order dated 30.08.2016, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
