This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.1605 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.91 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. AT the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Court below to dispose of the CMA No.91 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to dispose of the CMA No.91 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.06.2017.
