HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.35289 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct respondent No.1 - The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ranga Reddy District (for short 'District Forum') not to proceed with E.A. No.46 of 2015 in C.C. No.271 of 2013 pending disposal of F.A. I.A. No.1 of 2015 in F.A. No.134 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.2 - The Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad (for short 'State Commission').

2. Earlier, as there was no President to the State Commission, this writ petition was filed in the month of October, 2015 and this Court by order, dated 29.10.2015, while issuing notice before admission, granted interim stay directing the District Forum not to proceed with E.A. No.46 of 2015 in C.C. No.271 of 2013 pending disposal of F.A. I.A. No.1 of 2015 in F.A. No.134 of 2015.

3. Since President to the State Commission is appointed and is functioning now, the petitioners can pursue the pending application before the State Commission as well.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to

the petitioners to pursue their pending application before the State Commission with a direction to the parties that the interim stay, dated 29.10.2015, granted by this Court shall remain in force for a period of four (4) weeks from today.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand disposed of.
