Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. B. Narayana Reddy and Mr. J.V. Prasad.

2. This Court, through order dated 29.12.2011, stayed the effect of communication dated 21.07.2011. The said order is subsisting as on date.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that enquiry in File No.8/EOU505/VSEZ/2012-720 dated 06.02.2012, about the entitlement of petitioner as EOU is pending consideration before the first respondent.

4. On instructions from the first respondent the learned Assistant Solicitor General submits that the enquiry pending before the first

respondent will be completed by affording opportunity to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

5. The submission of the Assistant Solicitor General is placed on record. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the enquiry pending before him in File No.8/EOU-505/VSEZ/2012-720 dated 06.02.2012 without reference to the communication dated 21.07.2011 and on the merits and demerits of the case.

6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

7. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
