THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1947 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.573 of 2017 in O.S.No.250 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
