Today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter. Even in the post-lunch session, none appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
