Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A to the 4th respondent on 24.12.2014 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the land belonging to him, but the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.24.12.2014 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
