ORDER:

Apprehending demolition of the petitioner's properties bearing Door Nos.21-1-102, 21-1-103 and 211-104 bearing T.S.Nos.210, 211 and 213, Phoolbagh Road, Vizianagaram by respondent No.2, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

Mr. Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned counsel representing respondent No.2, submitted that respondent

No.2-Corporation has been making efforts to acquire the above-mentioned properties of the petitioner through consent under Section-146 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, failing which, it will follow the procedure prescribed under Section-147 thereof. This submission of the learned counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.5086 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
