Sri N. Rishi Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous. He further states that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event any necessity arises in future.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case, if warranted, in future. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
