This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in attempting to demolish the house of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.
