This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in crime No.232 of 2012 on the file of the Amalapuram Town Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Sections 364-A, 384, 302, 120-B IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/A.1 was dismissed by this Court as the petitioner is having bad antecedents and that he is having other criminal cases. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.1.
