Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel has also filed a letter, dated 5.6.2017 in the Registry in that regard.

Permission is accorded and the Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
