This application was filed under Section 29 (A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months to enable it to complete the exercise and pass an award.

Sri P. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation, filed a counter conceding to the request of the applicant and praying that time may be granted as prayed for.
