HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD C.E.A. No 44 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per SK,J) Sri B. Narasimha Sarma, learned senior standing counsel for Revenue, fairly states that the duty involved in this appeal is below the monetary limits fixed by the Central Board of Central Excise and Customs. In that view of the matter, the appeal does not deserve consideration on merits and is accordingly dismissed on this short ground. Liberty is however given to the Revenue to take appropriate steps if it is found hereinafter that the said instructions of the Central Board of Central Excise and Customs would not cover this matter. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
