THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.24956 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondents to initiate proceedings for acquisition of Ac.1-21 guntas of land in Sy.Nos.152/AA, 153/AA, 154/A, 151/EE, 152/E, 151/A, 153/A, 154/E. 155, 151/AA and 150/A, situated at Malkaram village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, paying just compensation under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act. 2.

The case of the petitioners is that they are absolute owners of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.6.27 guntas in Sy.Nos.152/AA, 153/AA, 154/A, 151/EE, 152/E, 151/A, 153/A, 154/E. 155, 151/AA and 150/A, situated at Malkaram village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The respondents unauthorisedly under the pretext of laying bye-pass road connecting Malkaram to Shamshabad road to the village of K.P.Doddi, acquired the lands of the petitioners and the respondents are not taking responsibility for payment of compensation to the petitioners.

The learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings represents that the respondents will take steps under law for acquisition of the lands and make payment of compensation to the petitioners if their lands are affected, for which he sought six months time.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conduct survey of the lands in the

presence of the petitioners and if the lands of the petitioners were affected, compensation shall be paid to them in terms of the Land Acquisition Act, within a period of six months. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
