HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.11262 of 2019 ORDER:

With the consent of both the counsel, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief :- " ........ to issue an appropriate Writ, Order of direction preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not reinstating the petitioner into service though the proceedings in Rc.No.1189/ Estt-1/ 2018, dated 26.04.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service and submit compliance to this office forthwith, even then, the 3rd respondent not issued reinstatement orders to the petitioner the said action of the respondents is highly illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory and in violation of Art.14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and declare the same as bad in law and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as a Superintendent forthwith i.e., from 27.04.2019 and with all consequential benefits ......." .

Heard Sri C.Raja Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Education. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has contended that the 3rd respondent has issued reinstatement order to the petitioner on 31.05.2019. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has joined duty on 01.06.2019.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
