THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7226 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not surveying and demarcating of land in Survey Nos.170 and 172, situated at Malkaram Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Initially, learned Government Pleader got written instructions admitting the receipt of application of the petitioners, dated 08.10.2012 for demarcation and submitted that if some time was granted, the survey would be conducted. Later on, he received instructions stating that the survey was completed in the presence of 4th petitioner in September, 2013 and panchanama was conducted.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
