THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17552 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.

With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made a representation on 29.04.2016 to respondent Nos.2 to 5, requesting not to take any coercive steps for his eviction, but, the authorities are trying to dispossess him, without following due process of law.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the tea stall bearing T.S.No.1047/A (part) of Kaspa West near Balaji Junction, Vizianagaram, or take any coercive steps, without following due process of law.

It is needless to mention that representation dated 29.04.2016, made by the petitioner, if pending consideration, may also be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _____________________ JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR
