THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A.No.487 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present appeal, the appellant/respondent No.5 has challenged the order dated 22.02.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.2301 of 2018, to the extent as under: "The respondent Nos.1 to 3 shall also take note of the actions of the 5th respondent in disobeying the directive of the 3rd respondent and initiate appropriate action against 5th respondent under the provisions of the A.P.Education Act, 1982". 2.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the documents filed regarding day-to-day work of the School, the interest of justice would be met if we set aside the aforesaid direction issued by the learned Single Judge of this Court. 3.

Accordingly, we hereby direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to initiate any departmental proceedings against the appellant qua the allegations made by respondent No.1 herein. We hereby made clear that rest of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge shall remain in force. It is also made clear that if the appellant commits any misconduct in future, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are at liberty to take action in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
