HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11204 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 20.03.2019 and 26.03.

2019 in not restoring the names of the petitioner in all revenue records including 1B (ROR0 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional apart from contrary to the provisions of Rights in Lands And Pattadar Passbooks Act and against the settled principles of law and consequently direct the respondents to restore the names of the petitioner in all revenue records including 1B (ROR) and issue new pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Agricultural property admeasuring Acs.7-28 guntas Ac.1.33 guntas and Ac.1.23 guntas in Sy.Nos.51/A, 56/A and in Sy.No.160/U respectively situated at Kamukol Village, Munipally Mandal, Sanga Reddy District and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The petitioner's representation dated 20.3.2019 was duly received by the Tahsildar, Munipally Mandal, Sanga Reddy District. But it appears that no action has been taken thereon. It is not open to the Tahsildar, Munipally Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, to remain inactive when an application has been made with regard to entries in the revenue records.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Munipally Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation 20.3.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
