J U D G M E N T

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the detenu, Nella Sridhar, before this Court and set him at liberty. Learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General (Telangana) placed before the Court a copy of the FIR in Crime No.639 of 2016 on the file of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, wherein Nella Sridhar is shown as A-3. A copy of the remand report is also placed on record indicating that he was taken into custody on 10.08.2016.

In the light of the aforestated facts, no adjudication is required in this writ petition and as there is no indication of illegal detention, it is for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law. Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
