THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1994 OF 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs challenging order dated 07-03-2018 in I.A.No. 14 of 2018 in O.S.No. 82 of 2010 on the file of the Court of learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 - cum - V Additional Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to his clients to avail the remedies available under law including filing of fresh revision petition.

Permission is accorded.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
