Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to agitate the order of ex parte attachment before the Court below.

In view of the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to agitate the order of ex parte attachment before the Court below.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
