THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10932 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.924 of 2008 on the file of First Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the learned First Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.924 of 2008 as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
