Heard Mr.T.S.Venkata Ramana, counsel for petitioner. No representation for respondents.

The petitioner, having regard to subsequent steps taken by respondents, for the present does not press the contempt case and seeks liberty to work out the grievance of preventing the petitioner from displaying the board for some period while W.P.No.7636 of 2018 is taken up for hearing and disposal.

Contempt case is closed by accepting the submission made by Mr.Venkata Ramana and liberty as prayed for is granted. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
