This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Challa Koteshwar Rao who is son of the petitioner.

Sri S. Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Challa Koteshwar Rao has been arrested in connection with Crime No.49 of 2016 registered at Chilkur Police State and presently, he is in judicial custody.

In view thereof, Sri P. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition.
