THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3193 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.5 to 8 in Crime No.476 of 2014 of Palvancha Town Police Station, Khammam, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. This Court granted interim stay of all further proceedings on 24.04.2015. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet on 09.04.2015. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
