Heard earned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of sole respondent. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of sole respondent brings on record the counter affidavit and also Memo,No.19Z9/pB/Ser.(NT)/A2/2c:r6, dated L7-O3.2O21, in particular paragraph No.7 of the said counter affidavit reads as under:
"I submit that the representation of the petitioner dated :22.1L.2OL7 was already disposed of on 17.03.2021 prior to the orders of the Hon,ble High Court in W.P.Nc.17l42 of 2018. However, the University vide Memo.Ncr.1979lPBlSer.NT/A2/ZOL6, dated 06.03.2023 has requested the Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Aswaraopet to once again communicate the contents of the Univ. Memo. dated t7.O3.ZO2t to the petitioner in obedience of the order dated 2t.t2.2022 of the Hon,bte High Couft for the State of Telangana in W.p.No.17142 of 2018. -he same was received by the petitioner.,, -) I I
3. In view cf the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2017 had been considered and the
orders Passed on L7.O3.2O21 vide Memo'No'1979lPBlSer' (NT)/A2/2016 and in view of the fact that even in pursuance tn I Court dated 2l'12'2022 Passed l of the orders of this Il W.P.No.17142 of 2018 vide UniversitY Memo No. 1979/PB/ser. NT/AZI 20 1 6, dated 06'O3'2023', the contents of University Memo'No'1979lPE,/Ser' (NT)/A2/2016' dated 17.03.2021, were again communicated to the petitioner and the same had been received by the petitioner' this Court opines that the orders of this Court dated 21j22022 had been complied with' However' the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if the petitioner so desires' 4.
With the above referred facts' the Contempt Case is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs' Miscellaneous petitions' if any' pending shall stand closed.
