Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to respondents 5 and 6. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of "Mandamus" declaring the inaction of the Official respondent No.4 on petitioners representation dated 03.12.2016 to stop to enter the name of un-official Respondent No.6 in revenue records in respect of Agricultural lands in Sy.No.556/A/2, total extent of Ac.2.00 Guntas situated at Gangapur Village, Markuk Manal, Medak (Siddipet) District, Telangana State, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.99 of 2016 before Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge Court, Siddipet, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and contrary to law." 4.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation dated 03.12.2016 made by the petitioner seeking not to mutate the

CPK,J WP_43571_2016 name of the 6th respondent in revenue records in respect of the land referred to above.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that he has no objection for the same provided the said application is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation dated 03.12.2016 made by the petitioner questioning the mutation of the name of the 6th respondent in revenue records in respect of the agricultural lands in Sy.No.556/A/2, admeasuring Ac.2.00 Guntas situated at Gangapur Village, Markuk Manal, Medak (Siddipet) District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, after hearing the petitioner, unofficial respondents herein and the aggrieved persons if any.
