Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of his representation made on 29.05.2015.

Counsel for petitioner contends that the 2nd respondent has not taken any decision on the said representation. 3.

The Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
