There was no representation for the petitioner when the matter was taken up on 11.11.2021. It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 18.11.2021.

Today, the learned counsel Sri Vasudeva Rao, representing the learned counsel Sri M.Surender Rao for the petitioner, submits that the subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has retired from service.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
