Counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a letter dt.08.03.2019 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana stating that there is no cause of action subsisting in the matter and therefore the Revision may be dismissed as infructuous. This request is also reiterated in the Court.
