HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3083 OF 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the stage of admission.

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings and hence, investigation shall be continued to its logical end. The Police of Adibatla Police Station, Adibatla, Ranga Reddy District are directed to complete the investigation expeditiously. However, during the course of investigation they are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused. Petitioner/accused shall cooperative with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
