Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V.Manohar Rao and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is nondisposal of the application dated 24.6.2006 filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the Land Acquisition Officer passed the draft award on 10.10.2016 and sent for approval to the District Collector, Adilabad, but no further action has been taken.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents and taking into consideration the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent authorities to pass appropriate award on the application dated 24.6.2006 filed by the petitioner herein within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
