HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.448 OF JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) The very appeal is preferred against the urgent notice issued in I.A. No.512 of 2015 in A.O.P. No.431 of 2015, by the learned Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act - cum - Additional District Judge, Khammam.

2. Since the appeal is preferred against the order of urgent notice, which is not an appealable one, we are of the view that this appeal is not maintainable.

3. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.
