This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 to quash the proceedings in Cr. No.64/2014 on the file of S.H.O., Armoor Police Station, Nizamabad District, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act .

Heard Sri S. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that investigation in this case was completed and filed charge sheet before Judicial First Class Magistrate Court at Armoor. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the parties have entered into compromise before Lok Adalat on 16.11.2015 and an Award was passed by Lok Adalat. Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in the present Petition and therefore, it is liable to be dismissed.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.64/2004 on the file of SHO, Armoor Police Station, Nizamabad District, is dismissed as infructuous, in view of the compromise recorded by the Lok Adalat.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
