Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not ordering survey and sub-division the property situated in Sy.No.2/3 with an extent of Ac.1.50 cents of Kongodu Village, Karapa Mandal, East Godavari District is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to order survey and sub-division the property situated in Sy.No.2/3 with an extent of Ac.1.50 cents of Kongodu Village, Karapa Mandal, East Godavari District."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 05.02.2016 and 04.11.2016 made by the petitioner through F-line, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same are still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.11.2016 made by the petitioner through F-line seeking to conduct survey in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents in survey number 2/3 situated at Kongodu Village, Karapa Mandal, East Godavari District, in accordance with law, subject to the petitioner producing all the documents establishing his right and title over the property, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) to Six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
