This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2015 from the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
