HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2113 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed Revision under B.S.O.15 against the order dated 19.01.2015 passed by the 4th respondent before the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent disposed of the same vide order dated 26.05.2009 setting aside the order passed by the respondents 4 and 5, after issuing notice to all concerned and remanded the matter to the 4th respondent directing to conduct enquiry afresh. Since no action has been initiated by the 4th respondent, petitioner made representation dated 12.09.2016 to the 4th respondent. Inspite of the same, no proceedings were initiated. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action in pursuant to the order dated 26.05.2009 passed by the 3rd respondent after issuing notice to the affected parties within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
