Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 5.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner to stop the illegal, unauthorized

and unlawful activity of conversion of agricultural land in R.S.No.456/2 of Uppalaguptam village and Mandal of East Godavari District for doing prawn culture by the sixth respondent.

Notice to sixth respondent is dispensed with in view of the relief granted in the present Writ Petition. Though the learned Government Pleader was given time on 4.6.2015 to obtain instructions, but no instructions have been received by him.

In the circumstances, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.4.2015 by issuing notice to sixth respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.3.2013, within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
