THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23059 of 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in interfering the petitioner's legal business of Jaggery in the name and style of M/s.Mahendranadh Traders, at Mulugu Town of Warangal District as illegal, arbitrary and unconditional and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the above trade carried by petitioner."
Heard Sri M. Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.
Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 29-07-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mulugu Police Station, Warangal District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under: "It is respectfully submitted that one Addaguti Mahender Proprietor of Mahendranath traders is involved in the following said cases: 1.
Cr.No.101/2013 under Sections 7 (1) and 8(e) A.P. Prohibition Act and Section 34 (a) A.P. Excise Act.

Cr.No.103/2014 under Section 34 (e) of A.P. Excise Act 3.
Cr.No.233/2014 under Section 34 (e) of A.P. Excise Act 4.
Cr.No.109 /2015 under Section 34 (e) of A.P. Excise Act and Section 5 of Guru Act.
It is further submitted that while the petitioner herein involved in the above said cases, hence there is a chance to call him for enquiry purpose. Except that the respondent police never interfered in to his business activities, it seems that the petitioner herein filed this writ petition as precautionary measures. Hence the allegations made against the respondent police are false and baseless and denied."
On noticing the said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to record the said instructions and close the writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, by recording the instructions as mentioned supra.
