Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners submitted a representation to the respondents herein on 12.02.2018, but no action has been taken by the respondents so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents herein to verify the said representation and take appropriate action as per law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration as on date, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent Nos.2 and herein to verify the representation, dated 12.02.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
