Vires of G.O.Rt.No. 57, dated 19.01.2010 issued by the lst respondent is questioned in this Writ Petition. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties.

Vide G.O.Rt.No. 57, dated 19.01.2O10, the government appointed the 3.d respondent Sri S. Ravinder Reddy as legal advisor in place of the petitioner for a period of one year in Health Medical & Family Welfare Department ie. from the date of assuming the charge as legal advisor in the Legal Advisory Unit in Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department as per the terms and conditions annexed to the said G.O. on the same remuneration as ordered in the G.O.Ms. No. 275, dated 08.08.2007. This Writ Petition is of 2010 and the period of one year expired long back. Hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
